Risotto with Seafood
Risotto with Seafood is one of the most famous rice based dish, typical of the Italian coasts. The rice is combined with a clams, shrimps and cherry tomatoes sauce. A creamy dish, rich in flavor!

Parboiled rice 77,5%, lactose, rice flour, potato maltodextrin, salt, dried tomato, tapioca starch, freeze dried and dried crustaceans and mollusk 1,7% (shrimps, clam), flavourings (fish, crustaceans), dried carrot, yeast extract, dried garlic, sugar, dried parsley.

Stir the pouch content into a saucepan with 600 ml of cold water. Bring to a boil stirring regularly. When boils, cook at low heat for 15-17 minutes, stirring regularly. Let it rest for 1 minute before serving.
MICROWAVE: Stir the pouch content into a bowl suitable for microwave with 550 ml of cold water. Microwave uncovered at 900 Watt for 17-19 minutes.
